Anapanasati and Journey to the Mind Course

The course structure is the same as the Journey of the Mind course with an additional day for Anapanasti Meditation focus. This is aimed to givegreater results, strength, mind power and skill to qualify for practichigh level meditation: Vipassana Meditation

All free of charge
Accomadation : small minimal room with fan, no airconditioing and communal bathroom
