Type of Course

The mindfulness, meditation, and mental well-being courses are divided into three types.

     The goal is for practitioners to discover true happiness, which is difficult to find in the age of AI, to achieve balance, create positive energy, and heal depression. The courses aim to help participants find inner peace, leading to longevity.
There are also intensive Vipassana courses for those who aspire to attain Enlightenment.

     Every course has been specially created with careful consideration, based on the intensive advanced meditation experience of more than 25 years by Master Acharavadee Wongsakon. She has received numerous domestic and international awards and recognitions, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Medical Board of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)—a world-renowned institute of international medical and specialist boards, originating in the USA and now one of the largest multinational medical commissioners. Most recently, she was honored with the title of Honorable Dhammadhuta by the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand together with Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.

     Master Wongsakon personally oversees the teaching and training, refining the curriculum to be easily understandable and accessible for people of all ages, while still maintaining maximum effectiveness. Her students come from a wide range of occupations, including the medical field, doctors, pilots, engineers, professors, military personnel, business professionals, and many nationalities. This also includes world elites from all sectors such as Dr. Robert M. Goldman MD, PhD, DO, FAASP—World Chairman of the International Medical Commission, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of A4M and the World Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine—as well as martial arts masters, aesthetic surgeons, medical personnel, hoteliers, entrepreneurs, high-security consultants, and intelligence advisors, all of whom have traveled across the globe to Thailand to spend weeks learning mindfulness and practicing real Vipassana with Master Acharavadee.

     The Advanced Vipassana course is intensive and involves serious training, following the same discipline as those who have dedicated their lives to practice in the past.
