How To Practice Mindfulness
There are right mindfulness and wrong mindfulness.
Mindfulness refers to the mind power which is fully aware of oneself and one’s surroundings. It is a mechanism that works like hands and feet, sometimes serving as the mind’s weapon. When someone lacks full awarness or even mental clarity, he or she is not able to complete a good task.
The modern lifestyle we’re living now is everything but conducive to mindfulness. A lot of people don’t even know that they have a shorter attention span and weaker life force.
What is life force?
It is the power of thinking, making decisions, and taking action. Life force renders that person the power of deliberation, determination, energy, as well as enthusiasm. Without life force, humans will just live an aimless life,. They will easily give up in the face of obstacle and lack courage to achieve a life goal.
Do remember there are right mindfulness and wrong mindfulness. Right mindfulness is an awareness that you’re doing a good, lawful thing without harming or hurting anyone. Wrong mindfulness is an awareness that what you’re doing is bad, harmful or hurtful to others, and against the law.
The less the focus, the less the life force. Lack of mental clarity leads to wrong decision makings,
indecisiveness, weak resolve, little zest for life. To develop strong life force and a balanced life, there is one simple rule: Focus.
These are the step-by-step guide to mindfulness practice.
- Walk mindfully. Walking meditation is a good practice because it’s a movement that requires steadiness. If you’re a fast walker, keep your pace down to one-third of your usual speed. Take off your shoes; it is best to practice and walk on the grass or natural ground. When you walk slower, you will feel the movement of your feet better.
- Fully focus on everything you do. Keep your attention on the most visible movement of what you’re doing. For example, focus on chewing and swallowing the foods. You have to practice this while you’re alone. If you’re with other people, do it normally but with heightened awareness.
- Increase the awareness of your action. Pay close attention to everything you usually do in an oblivious manner. Be mindful of Focus,Rythym and Weight.
- Slow down your mind. Focus on doing one thing at a time, avoid multitasking. In today’s digital world, our mind is constantly pushed forward, always needing new feed. We have to slow the mind down with opposite action. S-L-O-W- I-T- D-O-W-N to regain mindfulness.

- Clear your mailbox and digital trash on all your devices regularly. Only important photos, messages, and emails are worth keeping. Digital data, has a direct impact on your mind, weighing it down. The waves are linked to your mind, weakening it and leading to misconception and misjudgment of things in everyday life. To do this reguraly each week will help mind to be able to focus and be mindful.
Both mind and body are part of nature. Any actions related to uprooting, erasing, and cleansing can lighten the mind. For example, pulling weeds also makes you feel lighter. That’s how humans and the world are connected in another dimension.
