This is an important opportunity not to be missed.

Let’s learn how to practice Anapanasati meditation and mindfulness, for the understanding of the Mind at the energy level, explainable in a scientific way.

Open a new door to the path of awakening in the Middle Path according to Buddhist teachings. Pause your journey through the external world for a moment, and bring yourself inward by practicing meditation at the Bodhidhammayan Retreat Phuket, a branch of Bodhidhammayan Retreat in Saraburi.

Our retreat has been offering traditional meditation and advanced Vipassana meditation for 15 years under the guidance and supervision of  Vipassana Master Acharavadee Wongsakon.

Bodhidhammayan Retreat Phuket is now accepting applications for those interested in learning Anapanasati meditation in a one-day course, from 8:30am to 17:30pm.

Bring your body and Mind into the tranquility of nature, with close supervision by a Venerable monk. The meditation course is provided with the morning session Sandwich Break, at no cost.

This allows practitioners to learn the basic principles of mindfulness and meditation, which help calm and strengthen the Mind, making it a driving force in your life. It enhances efficiency in work or studying, improves memory, and helps alleviate depression, as the Mind gains strength to stand firm and move forward.
