The Chinese New Year festival is the happy time for all Chinese people around the world. It’s the good time to send love, blessings and well wishes to everyone.
At the same time, some people in another part of the world are tremendously suffering. Master Acharavadee Wongsakon sees that the energy current at this moment is good for meditation practice to bring about peace. As meditators, we can send the power of loving-kindness in the subtle energy level to heal the crisis between Israel and Palestine. The aim of our practice is to help end the war and to stop the killing, leading to peace negotiation so that all hostages will be released and peace will occur in this land.
Therefore, we would like to invite all meditators to send the power of loving-kindness by joining force to meditate at the same or similar timing.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞:
Sunday, 11 February 2024, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. (BKK Time)
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 1 hour
(please practice at any time during the suggested period)
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞:
(1) Set your mind to meditate with this intention,
“𝙄 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜-𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙜𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙄𝙨𝙧𝙖𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙, 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮.”
(2) Chant Namo 3 times and Tisarana chanting. Then think of Master Acharavadee, with the words in your mind “𝙅𝙤𝙞𝙣 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙚”. Meditate 1 hour in order to purify your mind, either with Techo Vipassana, Anapanasati, or other techniques according to your regular practice.
(3) After the meditation, with your gentle mind, share the power of loving-kindness to both countries and set your mind to say the prayer as (1).
(4) Share loving-kindness to everyone for them to live happily and wish them all peace.
May we invite all meditators to spend only 1 hour of your happy time to share loving-kindness to those who are tremendously suffering in another part of this world. Anumodana sadhu in your compassionate mind.
